Lyle Zeller

Lyle Zeller was named President of CountryPlace Mortgage in 2011. He joined CountryPlace Mortgage as Executive Vice President in the fall of 2002. From 1999 through 2000, he was a principal with Universal Financial Associates, LLC. Mr. Zeller worked for Green Tree Financial Corporation from 1992 until 1998 in various capacities, most recently as President of the Home Improvement Financing division. Prior to Green Tree, Mr. Zeller was employed by KPMG in its National Financial Services consulting practice. Mr. Zeller has 22 years of financial services experience.

Casper Koble

Casper Koble has been Vice President of Operations at CountryPlace Mortgage since 1995. From 1985 until 1995, he served in various capacities with Security Pacific Housing Services, Inc., and later Bank of America in the manufactured housing division. He has more than 25 years of experience in manufactured housing finance.
